Bibim Guksu
Korean cold spicy noodles
Bibim guksu are cold wheat noodles in a spicy, sweet-and-sour gochujang sauce - a refreshing Korean summer dish.
Crisp vegetables, sesame and a splash of vinegar make it lively; often garnished with half a boiled egg.

Ingredients
- Thin wheat noodles (somyeon)200 g
- Gochujang2 tbsp
- Rice vinegar & sugar1 tbsp each
- Soy sauce & sesame oil1 tbsp each
- Cucumber & carrot1/2 each
- Kimchi1 handful
- Sesame & eggsome / 1

Preparation
Stir gochujang, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and sesame oil into a sauce.
Cut the vegetables into fine strips.
Cook the noodles, chill and drain well.
Toss the noodles with sauce and vegetables.
Garnish with sesame and half a boiled egg.
