Bò Lúc Lắc

Vietnamese “shaking” beef

Bò lúc lắc means “shaking beef” – after the motion of the pan that tosses the cubes. The dish reflects the French influence on Vietnam's cuisine.

Tender beef tenderloin is seared hard and served on a bed of lettuce and tomato, with a lime, salt and pepper dip.
