Crunchy vegetables, tender egg noodles and a glossy soy sauce – quickly made in a hot wok, it is an everyday classic with countless variations.

Ingredients
Egg noodles★250 g
Chicken breast, sliced250 g
Cabbage, carrot, bean sprouts1 handful each
Soy sauce (light & dark)★1 tbsp each
Oyster sauce★1 tbsp
Garlic & gingersome of each

Preparation

Cook the egg noodles al dente, drain and toss with a little oil.

Sear the chicken in a hot wok, remove.

Stir-fry garlic, ginger and vegetables briefly.

Add noodles and chicken, season with soy and oyster sauce.

Toss until everything glistens. Serve hot.
