Chrysanthemum Tea

Floral Chinese infusion, hot or chilled

Chrysanthemum tea has been drunk in China since the Song dynasty and is traditionally seen as cooling. It uses dried chrysanthemum flowers.

The golden infusion is naturally caffeine-free, gently floral and often sweetened with rock sugar or goji berries – a refreshing classic.
