Beef, thinly sliced300 g
Onion1
Dashi★200 ml
Soy sauce & mirin★3 tbsp each
Sugar1 tbsp
Rice2 bowls

Preparation

Bring dashi, soy sauce, mirin and sugar to a boil.

Simmer onion strips in it until soft.

Add the thin beef and let it cook through.

Divide over rice bowls.

Serve with a soft egg and spring onion if you like.
