Gyudon

Japan's everyday beef rice bowl

Gyudon – “beef over rice” – is Japanese fast food at its best: thinly sliced beef simmered with onions in a sweet-salty dashi-soy sauce and served over rice.

Quick, filling and comforting – a classic steaming on every corner in Japan.
