Jasmine Tea

Chinese green tea scented with jasmine blossoms

Jasmine tea has been made in China since the Song dynasty, above all in Fujian province. Green tea is scented over several nights with fresh jasmine blossoms.

The blossoms lend their fragrance to the leaves without remaining in the brew – the result is a floral, gentle and calming tea.
