Napolitan

Japanese ketchup spaghetti

Napolitan is a Japanese yōshoku dish that arose in post-war Yokohama - spaghetti fried with ketchup, sausages and vegetables.

Despite the name it has nothing to do with Naples; it is a nostalgic café classic that has accompanied generations of Japanese.
