1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders and bookings made through the website of Ginhaya - by Lyn Knecht.

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including statutory value added tax.

We ship your order within 3 working days of receipt of payment. Should it take longer in individual cases, we will inform you by email.

Payment is made via the offered payment methods (card, TWINT, Apple/Google Pay) through Stripe.

Appointment requests are confirmed by us personally. If you are unable to attend, please cancel in good time.

Swiss law applies.
