Returns
Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us beforehand via the contact page.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products and food items are excluded from return.
Services
For booked treatments, please cancel in good time if you are unable to attend an appointment.
Refunds
After we receive and check the return, we will refund the amount via the original payment method.
