Privacy policy

Protecting your data matters to Ginhaya - by Lyn Knecht. We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR – following the principle of data minimisation.

Orders

To process orders we handle your name, address, email and order details.

Appointment bookings

For appointment requests we process your name, email, optionally your phone number and the selected treatment. We do not store any sensitive health or skin data in plain text; the notes field is optional and deliberately kept minimal.

Analytics

Where enabled, we use cookieless web analytics and thereby avoid non-essential cookies.

Marketing and campaign measurement

If you reach our site via a campaign (e.g. a social media post), the link contains so-called UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign). On your first visit we store these in a technical entry in your browser (first-party storage, no third party) and, if an order, appointment request or contact message follows, associate them with that request. This lets us see which campaigns are effective. No additional personal profiles are created; only the campaign parameters and, where applicable, the referring page are stored. You can delete this entry at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.
