How long does shipping take?+
We ship within 3 working days of receiving payment. Should it take longer in an individual case, we will inform you by email.
Which payment methods are accepted?+
Card, TWINT and Apple/Google Pay (via Stripe). Online payment will be activated at launch.
How do I book a treatment appointment?+
Choose your treatment under Treatments and click Book appointment. You pick a free slot and leave your contact details - we confirm the request personally.
Can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?+
Yes, simply get in touch by email. Together we will find a suitable new appointment.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?+
Yes, all prices are inclusive of the statutory VAT.
