Pakistani minced meat with potatoes
Aloo keema is a Pakistani everyday dish of spiced minced meat braised with potato cubes.
A base of onion, tomato and ginger-garlic plus garam masala makes the dish hearty and filling.

- Ground beef500 g
- Potatoes300 g
- Onion & tomato2 each
- Ginger-garlic paste1 tbsp
- Garam masala & chili powdersome of each
- Coriander & oilsome of each

Preparation
Fry onion with ginger-garlic paste.
Add the mince and fry crumbly.
Add tomato and spices and reduce.
Add the potato cubes and braise with a little water.
Finish with garam masala and coriander.
