Doubanjiang (bean paste)1 tbsp
Garlic & gingersome of each
Soy sauce & brothsome of each
Spring onion1 stalk

Preparation

Soak the glass noodles.
Fry the pork with garlic and doubanjiang.
Add soy sauce and a little broth.
Stir in the glass noodles and let them soak up the liquid.
Serve scattered with spring onion.
