  • Minced beef400 g
  • Cooked rice400 g
  • Eggs4
  • Ripe bananas (saba)2
  • Raisins & tomato saucesome of each
  • Garlic, onion & soy saucesome of each

Preparation

  1. Fry the minced meat with garlic and onion.

  2. Season with tomato sauce, soy sauce and raisins.

  3. Fry banana slices golden.

  4. Fry the eggs.

  5. Arrange meat, rice, banana and egg together.
