Bò Lá Lốt

Beef grilled in lolot leaves

Bò lá lốt is a southern Vietnamese dish in which seasoned ground beef is wrapped in fragrant lolot leaves and grilled.

As they grill, the leaves give off a gently peppery aroma; rice noodles, herbs and dipping sauce are served alongside.
