Sizzling beef steak with fried egg
Bo ne is a Vietnamese breakfast of tender beef steak and fried egg on a sizzling cast-iron plate.
It comes with baguette to dip in the savoury sauce, a legacy of French colonial times.

- Sliced beef steak300 g
- Eggs2
- Oyster & soy sauce1 tbsp each

- Onion & garlicsome of each

Preparation
Marinate the beef with oyster and soy sauce.
Heat the cast-iron plate very hot.
Sear the beef briefly.
Add the eggs and let set.
Serve sizzling with baguette and salad.
