Buri Teriyaki
Glazed yellowtail
Buri teriyaki is a Japanese classic of yellowtail pan-fried in a glossy teriyaki sauce.
Buri is considered especially fatty and flavourful in winter and is a lucky symbol at new year.

- Yellowtail fillets (buri)2
- Soy sauce3 tbsp
- Mirin & sake2 tbsp each
- Sugar1 tbsp
- Flour for dustingsome
- Oil1 tbsp

Preparation
Lightly dust the fish fillets with flour.
Pan-fry golden on both sides in oil.
Add a sauce of soy, mirin, sake and sugar.
Glaze the fish in it.
Serve drizzled with the thickened sauce.
