Pork stir-fried with kimchi
Buta kimchi is a quick Japanese stir-fry of pork belly and ripe kimchi.
The tang of fermented kimchi and a splash of soy sauce make a savoury, spicy side for rice.

- Sliced pork belly300 g
- Ripe kimchi200 g
- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Sesame oil1 tbsp
- Spring onion2
- Sesame1 tbsp

Preparation
Fry the pork belly in sesame oil.
Add the kimchi and fry along.
Season with soy sauce.
Toss briefly until aromatic.
