  • Minced pork300 g
  • Glass noodles & wood earsome of each
  • Shallots & fish saucesome of each
  • Spring onion2
  • Pepper & oilsome of each

Preparation

  1. Hollow out the tomatoes and set the insides aside.

  2. Mix pork with glass noodles, wood ear and seasonings.

  3. Stuff the tomatoes with the filling.

  4. Briefly sear in oil.

  5. Braise with the tomato insides into a sauce.
