Ingredients
- Ground robusta coffee3 tbsp
- Egg yolk2 pieces
- Sweetened condensed milk3 tbsp
- Hot water120 ml
- Sugar1 tsp

Preparation
Brew the coffee through a phin filter.
Whip egg yolk with condensed milk and sugar foamy.
Beat the egg foam thick.
Pour coffee into cups.
Top with the egg foam as a cap and serve.
