Calamansi Juice

The zesty lemonade of the Philippines

Calamansi is the quintessential Filipino citrus lime – small, green, aromatic between lime and mandarin. Freshly pressed and sweetened, it becomes a refreshing lemonade.

Drunk hot or ice-cold, calamansi juice is as common in the islands as lemonade is here – only more aromatic.
