Vietnamese three-colour dessert

Chè ba màu, the three-colour dessert, layers red beans, yellow mung bean paste and green pandan jelly in a glass.

Ingredients

  • Red beans (sweetened)200 g
  • Mung bean paste150 g
  • Green pandan jelly150 g
  • Coconut milk300 ml
  • Sugar60 g
  • Crushed iceplenty

Preparation

  1. Sweeten the red beans and mung beans separately.

  2. Cut the pandan jelly into strips.

  3. Warm the coconut milk with sugar lightly and cool.

  4. Layer the three components in glasses.

  5. Top with coconut milk and crushed ice, serve.
