Sweet Vietnamese corn pudding
Che bap is a sweet Vietnamese pudding of tender corn and sticky rice enriched with coconut milk.
The dessert is loved across the country and makes the most of fresh corn at harvest time.

Ingredients
- Fresh corn3 cobs
- Sticky rice100 g
- Coconut milk250 ml
- Sugar80 g
- Tapioca starch1 tbsp
- Pinch of salt1 pinch

Preparation
Cut the kernels off the cobs.
Cook the sticky rice with water until soft.
Add corn and sugar and simmer.
Thicken lightly with tapioca starch.
Enrich with coconut milk and serve warm or cold.
