Colourful fruit mix in coconut milk
Che thai is a refreshing Vietnamese dessert of tropical fruit and jelly strips in sweetened coconut milk.
Despite the name it is widespread in Vietnam and brings together jackfruit, lychee and longan.

Ingredients
- Mixed tropical fruit400 g
- Coconut milk300 ml
- Jelly strips (pandan)100 g
- Sugar60 g
- Crushed iceto taste
- Pinch of salt1 pinch

Preparation
Cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces.
Stir coconut milk with sugar and salt.
Put fruit and jelly strips into glasses.
Pour the sweet coconut milk over.
Serve chilled with crushed ice.
