Creamy chicken curry in a clay pot
Chicken handi is a Pakistani chicken curry made in the namesake clay pot, the handi.
Yogurt, cream and tomatoes make a rich, spiced sauce around the tender chicken.

- Chicken pieces800 g
- Yogurt150 g
- Tomatoes300 g
- Cream100 ml
- Ginger-garlic paste & chilisome of each
- Garam masala & coriandersome of each

Preparation
Marinate the chicken with ginger-garlic and yogurt.
Sear in the pot with tomatoes.
Season with spices and simmer.
Stir in the cream.
Cook until the sauce is creamy and serve with coriander.
