Crispy puris with yoghurt and chutneys

Dahi puri is a popular chaat snack from Mumbai in which crisp puri shells are filled with yoghurt and chutneys.

Sweet tamarind chutney, green mint chutney and cool yoghurt unite sweet, sour and spicy notes in one bite.

Ingredients

  • Crisp puri shells24 pieces
  • Yoghurt300 g
  • Tamarind chutney4 tbsp
  • Mint-coriander chutney4 tbsp
  • Boiled potato & chickpeassome of each
  • Sev & chaat masalasome of each

Preparation

  1. Press a hole into each puri shell.

  2. Fill with potato and chickpeas.

  3. Spoon whisked yoghurt over them.

  4. Drizzle with both chutneys and chaat masala.

  5. Scatter with sev and serve at once.
