Dak Bulgogi
Marinated Korean grilled chicken
Dak bulgogi is the chicken version of Korean bulgogi, marinated in a sweet and savoury soy sauce.
Pear puree tenderises the meat while garlic and sesame oil give the signature aroma.

- Boneless chicken thighs700 g
- Soy sauce4 tbsp
- Pear puree & sugarsome of each
- Garlic & sesame oilsome of each
- Onion & spring onionsome of each
- Sesame1 tbsp

Preparation
Cut the chicken into pieces.
Marinate with soy sauce, pear, garlic and sesame oil.
Let it rest at least 30 minutes.
Cook with onions in a pan or on the grill.
Serve with sesame and spring onion.
