Korean chicken rice porridge
Dak juk is a nourishing Korean rice porridge with tender chicken.

- Chicken meat300 g
- Rice150 g
- Garlic & gingersome of each
- Sesame oil1 tbsp
- Spring onion2
- Salt & peppersome of each

Preparation
Cook the chicken soft with garlic and ginger.
Remove the meat and shred.
Cook the rice in the broth into a porridge.
Stir the chicken back in.
Serve with sesame oil, salt and spring onion.
