Taiwanese egg crepe roll for breakfast
Danbing is a savoury breakfast roll from Taiwan in which a thin flour pancake is cooked together with egg.
The still-warm crepe is rolled up, cut into pieces and served with sweet soy sauce, a staple of Taiwanese breakfast shops.

- Wheat flour120 g
- Eggs3 pieces
- Water200 ml
- Spring onion2 stalks
- Sweet soy sauceto serve
- Oil & saltsome of each

Preparation
Whisk flour, water, spring onion and salt into a thin batter.
Pour a thin crepe into the pan.
Add beaten egg over it and let set.
Roll up the crepe.
Cut into pieces and serve with sweet soy sauce.
