Dotori-muk
Acorn jelly salad
Dotori-muk is a delicate jelly made from acorn starch, regarded in Korea since lean times as a nourishing mountain food.
Cut into cubes, it is dressed with soy sauce, sesame and vegetables into a refreshing side salad.

Ingredients
- Acorn starch powder100 g
- Water600 ml
- Soy sauce2 tbsp
- Cucumber & carrotsome of each
- Sesame oil & sesamesome of each
- Spring onion & gochugarusome of each

Preparation
Whisk acorn starch with water smooth and boil.
Pour the mixture into a mould and let it set.
Cut the jelly into cubes.
Mix soy sauce, sesame oil and gochugaru into a dressing.
Gently dress with vegetables and sauce, serve.
