Grilled chicken with lemongrass
Ga nuong sa is grilled chicken marinated in lemongrass, garlic and fish sauce.
A classic of Vietnamese grills, it is often served with rice and pickled vegetables.

- Chicken thighs800 g
- Lemongrass3 stalks
- Fish sauce3 tbsp
- Garlic & shallotssome of each
- Sugar & oilsome of each
- Lime1

Preparation
Finely chop lemongrass, garlic and shallots.
Stir with fish sauce, sugar and oil into a marinade.
Marinate the chicken at least 30 minutes.
Cook all over on the grill.
Serve drizzled with lime.
