Braised flounder in spicy sauce
Gajami jorim is a Korean braise of flounder in a spicy soy sauce.
Cooked with gochugaru, garlic and radish, the sauce soaks deep into the tender fish.

- Flounder (gajami)2
- Soy sauce3 tbsp
- Gochugaru (chili flakes)1 tbsp
- Radish200 g
- Garlic & gingersome of each
- Spring onion2

Preparation
Lay radish slices in the pot.
Mix a sauce of soy sauce, gochugaru and garlic.
Place the flounder on the radish.
Braise with the sauce and a little water.
Spoon sauce over and serve with spring onion.
