Stir-fried potato strips as banchan
Gamja bokkeum is a mild Korean side dish of stir-fried potato strips.
With onion, carrot and a little soy sauce, it is a simple favourite for the lunchbox.

- Potatoes400 g
- Onion & carrotsome of each
- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Garlic1 clove
- Sesame oil & sesamesome of each
- Oil & saltsome of each

Preparation
Cut the potatoes into fine strips and rinse.
Drain well.
Stir-fry with onion and carrot in oil.
Season with soy sauce, garlic and salt.
Serve with sesame oil and sesame.
