Ginataang mais is a warm Filipino dessert of corn and sticky rice in coconut milk.

- Corn kernels300 g
- Sticky rice100 g
- Coconut milk500 ml
- Sugar80 g
- Pinch of salt1 pinch
- Pandan leaf1

Preparation
Pre-cook the sticky rice with water and pandan.
Add the corn and cook.
Stir in the coconut milk.
Sweeten with sugar and salt.
Simmer to a creamy consistency and serve warm.
