Gungjung Tteokbokki

Royal rice cakes in soy sauce

Gungjung tteokbokki is the non-spicy court version of the rice cakes, once served at the Korean royal court.

Instead of gochujang, a mild soy sauce provides seasoning; beef, mushrooms and colourful vegetables make it an elegant dish.
