Korean egg bread from the street stall
Gyeran ppang is a warm Korean street bread with a whole egg baked into the soft batter.
Popular in winter, it pairs a lightly sweet cake batter with a savoury baked egg.

Ingredients
- Flour150 g
- Eggs8
- Milk120 ml
- Sugar40 g
- Baking powder1 tsp
- Butter & saltsome of each

Preparation
Stir a batter from flour, milk, two eggs and sugar.
Grease the moulds and fill with batter.
Crack a whole egg into the centre of each.
Season with salt.
Bake in the oven until the egg has set.
