- Soy sauce3 tbsp
- Mirin2 tbsp
- Sugar1 tbsp
- Ginger1 piece

Preparation
Clean the squid and score lightly.
Reduce a sauce of soy sauce, mirin and sugar.
Cook the squid on the grill.
Brush repeatedly with the glaze.
Cut into rings and serve hot.
