Jingjiang Rousi
Beijing pork strips in sweet bean sauce
Jingjiang rousi are pork strips stir-fried in a sweet bean sauce in the Beijing style.
They are served with tofu skin or spring onion to roll up and a bed of shredded leek.

- Pork in strips300 g
- Sweet bean sauce (tianmianjiang)2 tbsp
- Spring onion3
- Tofu skin or pancakesto taste
- Cornstarch & rice winesome of each
- Oil2 tbsp

Preparation
Marinate the pork with cornstarch and rice wine.
Stir-fry briefly in a wok and remove.
Fry the sweet bean sauce in oil.
Return the pork and glaze.
Arrange on shredded leek and serve to roll up.
