Stuffed Thai omelette

Kai yat sai is a Thai omelette filled with seasoned minced meat and vegetables.

The thinly fried egg is folded into a parcel for a quick, filling dish.

Ingredients

  • Eggs4
  • Minced pork150 g
  • Peas, carrot & tomato150 g
  • Fish sauce1 tbsp
  • Onion1
  • Oil2 tbsp

Preparation

  1. Fry the minced meat with onion and vegetables.

  2. Season with fish sauce and set aside.

  3. Whisk the eggs and pour thinly into the pan.

  4. Add the filling onto the half-set egg.

  5. Fold into a parcel and serve.
