Crisp tempura fritter of vegetable strips
Kakiage is a tempura variety in which finely cut vegetables are fried into a loose fritter.
Onion, carrot and beans are bound with a light batter and served over rice or soba.

- Tempura flour100 g
- Ice water150 ml

Preparation
Cut the vegetables into fine strips.
Dust with tempura flour.
Stir ice water into a loose batter.
Drop the vegetables by the spoonful into hot oil.
Fry golden and crisp.
