Thai fried pork toast
Khanom pang na moo is a Thai appetiser classic of toast bread with a pork paste.
The seasoned paste is spread on the bread and fried golden, often sprinkled with sesame.

- Toast bread6 slices
- Minced pork250 g
- Coriander root & garlicsome of each
- Egg1
- Soy sauce & peppersome of each
- Sesame & oilsome of each

Preparation
Knead pork with coriander root, garlic, egg and soy sauce.
Spread the paste thickly onto the toast.
Sprinkle with sesame.
Fry paste-side down until golden.
Cut into triangles and serve with a dip.
