Kkanpung saeu are fried prawns in a sweet and spicy sauce, a classic of Korean-Chinese cuisine.

- Prawns400 g
- Cornstarch100 g
- Dried chilies & garlicsome of each
- Soy sauce & sugarsome of each
- Pepper & spring onionsome of each
- Oil for fryingenough

Preparation
Coat the prawns in cornstarch and fry.
Fry chilies, garlic and pepper.
Add a sauce of soy sauce and sugar.
Toss the prawns in it quickly.
Serve with spring onion.
