Laksa Johor

Laksa with fish gravy and spaghetti

Laksa Johor is a distinctive Malaysian laksa served, unusually, with spaghetti instead of rice noodles.

The thick gravy is made from pureed fish, coconut and spices and eaten with plenty of fresh herbs.
