Maeun Tang

Spicy Korean fish stew

Maeun tang is a fiery-red Korean fish stew, traditionally made with fresh fish and plenty of gochugaru.

With radish, tofu, crown daisy and spring onions it yields a robust, lightly sour broth - often the finale of a fish meal.
