Filipino no-bake mango cream icebox cake

Mango float is a Filipino no-bake dessert of layers of biscuits, cream and ripe mangoes.

Chilled overnight, the biscuits soften and the dessert sets, a favourite at every family gathering.

Ingredients

  • Ripe mangoes3
  • Graham crackers or butter biscuits200 g
  • Whipping cream400 ml
  • Sweetened condensed milk300 ml

Preparation

  1. Whip the cream with condensed milk.

  2. Slice the mangoes thinly.

  3. Lay a layer of biscuits in the dish.

  4. Layer with cream and mango and repeat.

  5. Chill overnight and serve cold.
