Filipino no-bake mango cream icebox cake
Mango float is a Filipino no-bake dessert of layers of biscuits, cream and ripe mangoes.
Chilled overnight, the biscuits soften and the dessert sets, a favourite at every family gathering.

- Ripe mangoes3
- Graham crackers or butter biscuits200 g
- Whipping cream400 ml
- Sweetened condensed milk300 ml

Preparation
Whip the cream with condensed milk.
Slice the mangoes thinly.
Lay a layer of biscuits in the dish.
Layer with cream and mango and repeat.
Chill overnight and serve cold.
