Ripe mango1
Yoghurt250 g
Milk100 ml
Sugar or honey1–2 tbsp
Cardamom★1 pinch

Preparation

Peel the mango, dice the flesh coarsely.

Add to a blender with yoghurt, milk, sugar and cardamom.

Blend smooth and creamy.

Serve over ice, dust with a little cardamom if you like.
