Masala Chai

India's spiced milk tea from every street corner

“Chai” simply means tea – “masala chai” the spiced milk tea brewed everywhere in India by the chaiwala. Black tea simmers with milk, ginger and spices into a warming infusion.

Every family has its blend: cardamom, cinnamon, clove, ginger, sometimes pepper. Sweet, aromatic and reviving.
