Every family has its blend: cardamom, cinnamon, clove, ginger, sometimes pepper. Sweet, aromatic and reviving.

Black tea (Assam)★2 tsp
Milk300 ml
Ginger, fresh1 piece
Cardamom, cinnamon, clove★some of each
Sugar2 tbsp

Preparation

Lightly crush the spices, bring to a boil with water, ginger and tea.

Add the milk and sugar.

Simmer for 5 min until the tea is strong and aromatic.

Strain into cups.
