- Beef (braising cut)700 g
- Tomato sauce300 ml
- Soy sauce3 tbsp
- Potatoes & carrots400 g
- Onion & garlicsome of each
- Bay leaf & peppercornssome of each

Preparation
Cut the beef into cubes and sear.
Add onion and garlic.
Deglaze with tomato and soy sauce.
Braise soft with bay for a long time.
Add potatoes and carrots and finish cooking.
