Yellow noodles in spicy prawn sauce from Muar
Mee bandung is a Malaysian noodle soup from Muar in Johor with a thick, spicy prawn-chili sauce.
Despite the name, the dish has nothing to do with the Indonesian city of Bandung.

- Yellow egg noodles300 g
- Prawns150 g
- Dried shrimp & chili pastesome of each
- Tomato paste2 tbsp
- Leafy greens & eggsome of each
- Broth700 ml

Preparation
Fry chili paste and dried shrimp.
Add tomato paste and broth.
Reduce into a spicy sauce.
Cook noodles, prawns and greens in it.
Serve with a poached egg.
