Iced malt drink with a powder cap
Milo Dinosaur is a drink from Singapore's kopitiams in which iced Milo is generously dusted with undissolved Milo powder.
The thick powder cap gave the drink its playful name and makes it especially chocolatey.

- Milo malt powder8 tbsp
- Hot water200 ml
- Sweetened condensed milk3 tbsp
- Ice cubesplenty

Preparation
Dissolve six tablespoons of Milo in hot water.
Stir in the condensed milk.
Pour over ice cubes into glasses.
Dust generously with dry Milo powder.
Serve at once with a spoon.
